Opening available February 1st (possibly mid January) in a large, bright, 4 bedroom apartment 7-10 min. walk to Davis, close to the Tufts campus. This apartment has a dining room, tv room, living room, 1.5 baths, large kitchen (two fridges!), and front porch. It is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a three story house. There is free washer, dryer, and dishwasher located in the kitchen. Basement storage available and ample permit parking in front of house. We are looking for a relatively clean, considerate, glbt-friendly roommate. We are independent but treat the house as more than a crash pad and often hang out when we're all home.

The room: $590 (utilities not included): This is a very large bedroom (you can fit whatever you need in it) on the third floor of the house with two windows and two spacious closets.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking indoors.
