Caroling near Davis?

It's a long shot but I thought I'd ask: Anyone know of a Christmas-caroling group doing, well, traditional caroling in part harmony (SATB?) Planning on going out Christmas Eve? Around Davis? Who might welcome an adequately competant drop-in alto?

I am completely and utterly hosed from work, and it's not like I could make any rehearsals. But I have Christmas Eve free and could practice on my own in advance. And I'm capable of learning a part on my own. And apparently don't have enough frost-bite in my life. :)

I'm not so intereted in non-part singing or in traveling much (no car).

We're doing four part singing, but only tomorrow (Tuesday). You're welcome to come if you are free after 8-ish.

Oh, man. At the rate I'm finding bugs, the odds I'll be free then are vanishingly small, but, heck, if it turns out I'm free (or if the server dies, or the building burns down, or...) what are you singing, where are you going, how do I find you and who is the we?

I live near Ball Sq, about a 15 minute walk East-NE from Davis. We'll be singing mostly traditional carols with a few Burt carols (20th century classics like "Caroling Caroling") thrown in. The "we" in this case is just me and a few friends. There will probably be about eight of us. Mostly I was planning on running through a few carols at my home and then taking it on the road in my neighborhood and in Davis Sq.

I kinda don't want to broadcast my address on LJ though. If you are interested, is there a way for me to tell you without posting it?

I will be going around my neighborhood (Ball Sq) which is about 15 minutes east-ish from Davis. I'm meeting up with a few friends at my home and then heading out to carol my neighbors and maybe pop over to Davis.

Having just read this thread, I'm guessing I caught a few verses of your singing as i was coming out of the T. You sounded great!
