heh, I'm just thinking of some sort of genetically modified frankenfruit that cannot legally be called a "banana". Or some big agribusiness company trademarking the word "banana".
i wonder if you give them a discount if you go up to them and say that its false advertising that their 'curved yellow fruit' is actually a hue of green. ;)
