Roommate needed

Due to a medical condition, one of my roommates needs to move out and we need a replacement for 3/1.

We are a couple of chill guys seeking a 3rd, late 20s and up. No real requirements except for no raging keggers, no smoking in common areas, paying bills on time, and pitching in to keep the place clean.

The apartment is really nice. It's spacious and in a great area. It's on the second floor of a triple-decker in a nice neighborhood near Union Square in Somerville half a block from Highland Ave. There's plenty of free no-permit-needed onstreet parking and there are busses at the corner that can take you to Davis, Sullivan, and Kendall. There is also a large Market Basket grocery within easy walking distance.

You would have 2 rooms to yourself- one is 12'x9' and the other is 8'x8'. Both rooms have closets and there's a shared common closet in the hall. We have a new fridge and gas stove and a nice-sized kitchen, dishwasher, good water pressure in the shower, and a nice back porch. We have broadband internet with a 54g encrypted wifi router.

Rent is $600/month plus utilities, which run about $150-$175/each during the winter and about $100-$125 for summer. First and last rent needed up front.
