SNOW EMERGENCY Declared for Saturday, February 11, 2006, at 4 p.m.

SOMERVILLE – Please be advised, the City of Somerville has declared a snow emergency for the City of Somerville to go into effect Saturday, February 11, 2006, at 4 p.m.

During snow emergencies, parking is allowed on the odd-numbered side of the street only (unless otherwise posted). Cars not moved by 8 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday) evening will be subject to ticketing and towing. Residents unable to find a parking space on the odd-numbered side of the street may park in any municipal or school parking lot for the duration of the emergency.

And remember to move your car even if it doesn't seem to snow much. The snow emergency will be enforced unless it is lifted, regardless of the actual weather.
