Someone stole our box last week from the street. How to get a new one?

My apartment's recycling bin got stole a few weeks ago too. We've been getting paper bags for grocery shopping, and using those and cardboard boxes as substitutes until one of us can swing a late-to-work/off-work day to get a new one.
