Last night, while walking across Davis at about 9:30 pm, I was in the median with the compass, across from Mike's, when I saw a pair of pink and black platform shoes, positioned like they were waiting to cross the street towards the sewing store. They were great shoes, and clearly placed with some intention...later, after dinner at Namaskar, I walked back down towards Mike's and saw a single black flat on the curb. Oh, and the platforms were gone. Someone had to have picked them up.
Raining shoes? Anyone know what was up?
It was really funny, and piqued my curiosity...

Very weird... last night upon leaving the office and turning onto Boylston in Copley, I saw a pair of very fancy men's snakeskin-like dress shoes positioned exactly as you describe above. Like someone was walking and they simply vaporized out of their shoes.

Just kidding. Sounds like maybe someone was doing an art project. Cool enough. :-)
