Website with dentist ratings

This morning I found a site that allows users to post reviews of various dentists in the area. Since we get so many posts for dentist recommendations, I thought it would be good to tag this in the future for reference.

We need a "medical" tag. Or maybe both a "medical" and a "dental" tag. Is there someone here who knows how to create these tags?
