There's the Muscular Therapy Institute (http://www.mtiweb.edu/) in Cambridge. I haven't been there, but they do offer lower-priced massages by students.
The Muscular Therapy Institute is no longer in Cambridge. It moved to Watertown Square over the summer due to circumstances outside the control of the school. I think student massages are still somewhere around $25-$30. Professional massages at their professional therapy center (where I work, totally unbiased) are $60, which is still really cheap and hard to beat in this area.
Cortiva is a company that recently bought a number of the "good" massage schools. Ben Benjamin, founder of MTI, is on their board. The school being sold is unrelated to the move, which happened because the catholic church is selling off property in massachusetts, including the old school building, which I think is now becoming condos.
