Three good-sized bedrooms available, all with good light and closets.
Great location: We are 10-15 min from Davis square on foot and 7 min from Teele square. Off-street parking. Big kitchen and deck. We are 1-2 blocks away from a supermarket, a laundromat, and several bus routes. We have lots of storage space in an attic and a basement. We also have a shared broadband internet connection.
We all tend to get along well together as a group and work well together as well. Chores are divided for the group, and we try to keep the common areas pretty clean, pay the utilities on time, and keep a good relationship with the landlord (who's very responsive and friendly), as well as the neighbors. We range in age from 24 to 31 and like to keep a balance between the sexes. None of us smoke.
Hmmm... what else to say? You won't have to bring a lot of kitchen stuff because we have a lot of that already. We also have some extra furniture.
Because we want to maintain the good dynamic that we already have in the house, we prefer people who are able to come and meet all of us. Three rooms are available, two in May and one in August or September (dates somewhat flexible).
