It's a 3rd floor 2 bedroom apartment right in between Davis and Porter Square - it's aproximately a 10 minute walk to each. It's on a great quiet street and it's really close to everything. The apartment is pretty spacious. It has a small dining room, kitchen, big living room, lots of closet space and hardwood floors. The landlord lives on the bottom floor - he's really cool and leaves you alone for the most part, there's a few girls living on the 2nd floor who are nice and quiet as well. The rent is 1350, which for the area was the cheapest rate I could find. You could take over my lease which is through September, then turns into a month by month, or you could sign a new lease. Let me know if they're interested because I'm leaving the middle of this month, and I could set up a showing. =)
$450 - Rooms available in Shared House, Teele/Davis Square/Tufts

Three good-sized bedrooms available at $450 apiece, two in May/June and one in August/September (there may be some flexibility in the dates) all with good light and closets. Photo of the outside is below, email me to set up a time to visit.
Great location: We are 10-15 min from Davis Square on foot, 10 from Tufts' Medford campus, and 5 min from Teele Square. Off-street parking. Big kitchen and deck. We are 1-2 blocks away from a supermarket, a laundromat, and several bus routes. We have lots of storage space in an attic and a basement. We also have a shared broadband internet connection. Rent doesn't include utilities, which don't tend to run more than $100/person/month in the winter.
We all tend to get along well together as a group and work well together as well. Chores are divided for the group, and we try to keep the common areas pretty clean, pay the utilities on time, and keep a good relationship with the landlord (who's very responsive and friendly), as well as the neighbors. We range in age from 24 to 31 and like to keep a balance between the sexes. None of us smoke.
Hmmm... what else to say? You won't have to bring a lot of kitchen stuff because we have a lot of that already, but if you have kitchen stuff you're proud of/attached to we can work that in too. We also have some extra furniture, if you need it.
Because we want to maintain the good dynamic that we already have in the house, we prefer people who are able to come and meet all of us (we'd love to find flatmates who're laid-back, responsible, and pleasant), but if you're not local yet, a phone call can work too.
We have a spot open in our apartment that's a 5 minute walk from Union Square. Included in the rent is 2 rooms and it's a pretty roomy apartment. Rent is $600+ utilities and a lease through August 31st. Contact my roommate Jay at kidconte@excite.com
