Howdy,
So it just happens to be your day of days today, because my room in my apartment in Somerville is available for sublet this summer - let me emphasize the awesomeness that is this apartment, and the lack of awesomeness that has nothing to do with this apartment. It's fantastic. But c'mon, why the heck would you take my word for it: come check it out and see for yourself. I'm hoping to get a renter from June-August. Here's the specs:

-Located in Somerville, 6-8 minutes from Davis Square T stop (red line) right along the bike path
-The room is fully furnished if you would like it to be (I can move my stuff out if you already have your own, but otherwise you're welcome to use any of it, including the 27" TV, DVD player, and computer)
-Huge kitchen and living room
-It's 5 bedrooms, THREE full bathrooms
-Rent is $520 a month.
-Utilities in the summer are about $80, so we're talking $600 total a month
-Wholesale donuts across the street for $.25 a donut... mmmm.... ($3 a dozen. wow)
