Big space for rent at 50 Grove Street

I just heard about this rental listing:

This is the building that Spark Crafts Studio is in. Their space is amazing. Figured I'd pass this on in case anyone knows of a business looking for a 3,778 sq ft space at $22/sq ft. That amount per sq ft is seems to be on the lower side of things for this area from what I know. Not that I'm saying it's cheap! ;)

(Please tell me that's 22$/sqft per YEAR, not per month. Pretty pretty please. 70k$/month seems obsurd.)

Yeah. I would definitely assume it's $22 /sq ft per year. If I did the math right it's about $7,000 per month.

Also wanted to say that I have no idea if it is indeed Spark's space or if it's another space in that same building.
