Sublet (now – mid/late-August) – 1 BR + Office available in quiet 2BR; $750mo/obo

One bedroom and office available in a beautiful, recently-renovated two bedroom apartment in Porter Square. This is what it looks like on a map. Heat and hot water included; electric, cable, and cable internet split between roommates (~$70/month). Less than 1 block to T stop and grocery store, coin-op laundry in basement, storage available. Easy walk to Harvard, Davis, surrounded by restaurants and shops.

I'm looking for a quiet, neat, responsible roommate for the June, July, and part of August. Move-in/move-out dates are somewhat negotiable, depending on the plans of my current roommate and/or the new tenants. The bedroom and office are not furnished, but the kitchen and living room are. I can throw in a futon mattress for the summer.

I am a working "professional" on my way to graduate school in the fall, tend to be an early riser, and prefer to keep things calm and laid-back at home.
