Boston Ave Fire

Does anyone know what caused the fire last night on Boston Ave between Morrison and Kidder?

I woke up very early in the AM to the sounds of sirens and could smell the fire. When I drove by this morning I could see one of the houses top floor had burned (though I couldn't tell the extent of the damage).

I hope everyone is okay!

It's right down the street from me too but I don't think I would have heard or smelled it had my window not been open! You must be a neighbor of mine!
