Opening available September 1st (possibly mid August) in a large, bright, 4 bedroom apartment 7-10 min. walk to Davis, close to the Tufts campus. This apartment has a dining room, tv room, living room, 1.5 baths, large kitchen (two fridges!), and front porch. It is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a three story house. There is free washer, dryer, and dishwasher located in the kitchen. Basement storage available and ample permit parking in front of house. We are looking for a relatively clean, considerate, glbt-friendly roommate. We are independent but treat the house as more than a crash pad.

The room: $590 (utilities not included): This is a very large bedroom on the third floor of the house with three windows and walk-in closet.
