Looking for A Housemate in Davis

We are 2 recent college alums and 1 graduate student, all female, looking for either a male or female housemate. We are quiet and clean. Although we don't plan to have large parties or anything like that, we do invite friends over to hang out, play board games, watch anime, etc.

We are looking for one housemate, male or female, non-smoking, and without furry pets (caged ones might be negotiable). We are looking for someone who is not too loud and who is willing to help keep the common areas clean.

Our apartment is the second and third floor of a house, about 5 minutes walk from the Davis stop on the red line (5 min and 38 sec, according to the sloooow housemate). The apartment is also near Tufts
and a reasonable T ride away from Harvard and MIT. The available room is quite large (estimating by eye as about 16' x 16'). The room has a hardwood floor, closet, and gets plenty of light.

The house has a backyard, front and back balconies, and is right next to a park. It also includes driveway, free laundry in basement, storage in basement, kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is also on-street permit parking. The kitchen has a pantry, dishwasher, and gas stove.

The rent is $650, plus utilities, and the room is available starting September 1st.
