Looking for roommates

2 bedrooms available in apartment just outside Davis!
2 bedroom in a large 4 bedroom apartment available as soon as possible, but we need to find someone by July 1.
The apartment is on the 3rd and 4th floors of a 4 floor building. One available bedroom is on the 3rd floor, which is the same floor as the entrance, living room, bathroom, dining room and kitchen. The other bedroom is one of two bedroom on the top floor.
The location is right at where the bike path from Davis empties out onto Mass Ave. Literally steps to the 77 bus, a 5 minute walk to Davis, a 10 minute walk to Porter.
The people already here are generally fun, low-drama people. One is a woman finishing up a graduate program at Harvard Extension, the other is a guy who works a mindnumbing job by day and is heavily involved in local theatre by night. We share a social circle but that doesn't mean you have to (though should you find you like em, you're welcome to.)
We're ideally looking for someone to move in by or on July 1, and who wants to stay through our next lease (which will be Sept 1 - Sept 1), so this might be perfect for a student.
Rent is $550/month, not including utilities. The house is currently set up for wired or wireless cable internet.

My husband and I are coming to town on at least a 3 month (possibility of longer but not certain yet) contract and are looking for a place to live.
We're pretty low key. Non smokers. Mid 30's. Techno Geeks.
