Looking for a sublet

I think I've e-mailed 99% of the craigslist ads for summer sublets, but I'm having difficulty finding something satisfactory. I'm getting scared now that I'll be stuck homeless, so here goes:

I'm a female student, just finished undergrad, will be interning at Tufts for the summer. Looking for a fair-sized furnished room reasonably close to the university. Highly prefer female roommates. Must have internet access, and preferably, laundry. I'm working July 15-Sep 15, so I'll move in mid-July, but willing to move out end of August if necessary.

We have a room from July 1 - August 1 that were were planning on just leaving empty... so if you need something temporary, that could be worked out. It meets all of your requirements and is RiGHT next to Tufts.

If you get really really stuck I might be able to help, provided you don't mind "house sitting". (I'd prefer to get to know you a little first, because, well, it would be mostly house-sitting for much of the summer).
