Artist studio space?

Hello, everyone! I'm looking for any information that you may have on artist studio space for rent in the Davis Square area, hopefully reasonably priced. I don't need much space and would certainly consider a shared space with several other artists.

It's not exactly in Davis, but the Washington Street Art Center (http://www.washingtonst.org) is close enough in Union Square. They have studio spaces for all types of artists and monthly shows, concerts etc.

I have a studio at Vernon Street - not that far from Davis. The prices are the best around (imo). I've seen some posts for shared space there but haven't tracked them since I am not looking. You can find contact info for the landlord at http://www.vernonstreet.com.

I was over at the Joy Street studios the other day and saw that they are building out more spaces. That's a bit further - over by McGrath & Brickbottom.
