Attic fire. Not sure of location. They just called for a third truck.

Eeek... my house on Medford street burned down last year... hearing mention of a fire somewhere in town always makes me edgy! At least this wasn't my house this time!

From today's Somerville Journal: Lightning bolt sparks house fire.

Firefighters said lighting struck the chimney of a Windsor Street home Tuesday, sending broken bricks to the driveway below and a woman and two children scurrying from the house.

"She saw the lightning, heard the thunder and then the house just shook," said a police officer of the homeowner.

Firefighters received a report of smoke at the 13 Windsor St. home, near Davis Square, at 4:04 p.m. Tuesday as a significant thunderstorm swept through the area.
