Available September 1st (possibly a bit earlier): large bedroom in a big, bright, four bedroom apartment just a 7 minute walk to Davis, and close to the Tufts campus. The apartment has a dining room, tv room, living room, 1.5 bathrooms, large kitchen (two fridges!), and a front porch. It is on the second and third floors of a three story house. There is a free washer, dryer, and dishwasher located in the kitchen. Basement storage available and ample permit parking in front of house. The rent is $590 (utilities not included). The available bedroom is very large and on the third floor of the house. It has three windows (great light) and a walk-in closet.

The three current housemates are all in their twenties (average age: 24 and two-thirds), and tend to be busy with our various jobs and (post-undergrad) coursework. We range from omnivorous to vegan, are all queers of some stripe or another, and have diverse interests. We have separate lives, but like our house to be more than just a place to crash, and enjoy the occasional meal together or conversation on the porch. We are thinkers, writers, readers, scientists, poets, gardeners, scrabble-players, animal-lovers, explorers, among many things.
