Good point. I forgot to post the rent! We're asking $2600 per month (I've posted it now). That works out to $650 per bedroom, which is pretty standard for this area. In fact, a lot of places are asking more than that and this apartment is much nicer and cleaner than most places in Somerville.

We keep it very well maintained and it has pretty new kitchen cabinetry, modern windows, full bathrooms, closets in every bedroom, hardwood floors and a bunch of other nice features (including free laundry). It's a VERY short walk to the Davis T stop and also has a lot of other restaurants, shops, etc. nearby. I'd be happy to show it to you sometime today if you're interested.
