i think i'd be a great fit for your place. i'm currently on holland street, but looking for a place with less psycho roomies.
i'll be 25 in september, i'm an art teacher/painter and i've got rave reviews from all former roomies (even the unstable ones!)

i don't smoke, no pets, and i keep common areas spotless- plus i have a strange love of cleaning the bathroom.
