Looking for a roommate, near Tufts, $725 plus Utilities

I've got a large 2 bedroom apartment near Davis Square, slightly over the border into Medford, right next to Tufts. Rent is $725, utilities vary, I can provide anyone who needs them with details on that. The apartment is the first floor of a two family house. Landlady lives upstairs but doesn't bother me at all. I have half the basement as storage space and laundry in the basement as well (I own the machines so its not coin op). There is currently one cat living here. Additional well behaved pets are welcome. The available bedroom is large enough to hold a double or queen bed, there is a HUGE eat in kitchen, and a decent sized living room and dining room.
