Thanks for the advice!

So, thanks to the massive advice I got on housing from everyone in Davis, and elsewhere, I've decided that I want to stay in the neighborhood. You really can't beat the combination of cute parks, nice people and fun stuff to do. If my sublet wasn't going to be over on Sept 1, I'd stay where I am! But, as it is, I need to find a new place to live.

I'm looking for a quiet, clean place. I work 9-5, I'm handy with a sponge, a swiffer and a plunger. I'm pretty easy to live with (I have plenty of people who'll back that up). I don't smoke, I'm friendly, social, and willing to compromise. If you think I'd be a good match, reply here or to the post in my own journal.

There's a vacancy in my apartment. It has personality, needs more character and that is dictated by the people. It's a 4-bedroom place, though. Is off Central Street, a 5 minute walk from Highland. Still maybe you would like. Free laundry, free off-street parking, affordable rent. I can go on. The room for rent is approx 12x16, lacks a closet, but plenty of space to have furniture and a full size bed.
