It's roommate time again

We're four professionals/grad students who are looking for a fifth to join our 5 bedroom house. We're 3 guys and 1 girl who are easy going, considerate, respectful. We're looking for the same in our new housemate.


-Rent is $520 a month,
-1st and security ($500) to move in; $1020 total
-The house is month-to-month
-Located in Somerville, 6-8 minutes from Davis Square T stop (red line) right along the bike path
-Decent sized bedroom
-Huge kitchen (with brand new fridge) and living room
-It's 5 bedrooms, THREE full bathrooms
-Utilities (heat, hot water, gas, electric, internet, cable) are approx. $80 in the summer, $150 in the winter. No land line. We all use cellphones.
-Free off-street parking.

No smokers, no pets
