Any of you good folks know anyone that does good plaster work? I don't know for certain, but I'm guessing that sheetrock is out of the question since we're talking about the walls of a curved staircase.

Point me in a direction?

Sheetrock is not completely out of the question, as it can be scored into strips and then bent around the curve.

The Fay Brothers do the best work I've seen, but because of that, they are often booked. You could give them a try, though...
