This is posted for a friend and, of course, all the info is behind this cut.

We are three professionals looking for another to join us. The apartment is the second and third story in a Philly style apartment (typical of the area). There is 1/5 baths, kitchen , pantry, living room, a room formally used as a dining room and front and rear porches and yards. The neighborhood and people downstairs are very friendly.

Utilities are not included but aren't bad. The walk to the T is only about 10 minutes

Us: we are artsy (not flighty type but work in or around art) folk who have varying interests in the world. We don't have parties, but enjoy having a few people over. We also have a cute little kitten, but can't have anymore.

Philly-style has apartments that take up one floor plus half a second floor, so the first floor apartment has rooms on the entire first floor plus a room or two in the back of the second floor. The other apartment has half the second floor and all of the third.
