Speaking of which...

I saw a total of ZERO ads or other mention from either Capuano or Kennedy.

Now I have long supported Capuano (though his Brazil "junket" and his arrogant reply when called on it last year certainly gave me pause) but just because his re-election is a sure thing, is there no reason to put some effort into communicating with the electorate?

Capuano doesn't even have an opponent, and while Kennedy does, Chase isn't credible. And from what I remember hearing back in 2004, Chase didn't pay his campaign staffers.

I'm actually planning on casting a protest vote for Larry Frisoli for Attorney General primarily because I'm insulted that Martha Coakley didn't bother campaigning at all.

I was meaning less that I want more political ads (unless they are wonderfully over the top attack ads.... those are hilarious) and more that if these guys are wanting us to vote for them they actually...say something to us about it.

I guess it doesn't work that way. I would have liked to see Mike explain about his trip (with his wife) to Brazil again... or talk about the issues that face our district and what he hopes to do about them... or reach out in some way.
