Laser prints from PDFs?

Hi there,

I'm submitting some of my stuff for an upcoming book, and I need to get color laser prints from about 5 PDF files. Is there anywhere around that can do it without charging me through the roof? I know there's a FedEx Kinkos in Cambridge, but I try not to use them whenever possible.

Any help would be appreciated.

there's a kwik kopy up mass ave in arlington center, which we use for a lot of color copies at work, but i don't know what they charge to print pdf files. (i always bring in the color pages and they just copy them.) i don't think they're hideously expensive for color prints, tho.

I recommend Classic Copy in Central Square -- it is right at the intersection of Mass Ave and Prospect/Western/River street.

I've done business with them for several years now. They are competent, responsive, locally owned, and support local nonprofits. Good people, and much better service than Kinkos or their ilk.

Another vote for classic copy. They tend to be a smidge cheaper on some services than Kinkos, along with being really nice.

Sounds like something Princeton Printing (formerly Sir Speedy) could do. They're on the plaza next to Starbucks.

Gnomon Copy in Harvard Square is great for this kind of thing. I'm more familiar with the Mt. Auburn Street location, which is now called Flashprint. They are real professionals who know what they're doing, and the prices are reasonable.
