I didn't even know that there was such a thing as sparkling sake!

Wonder if it was you guys coming in when I asked my 'which is best warmed' question. And I mostly found out I have expensive sake tastes: it just figures! lol

When I tried the sparkling sake, I noted that it's very much like a wine cooler. I was slightly buzzed after trying all five sakes. :-)
