Where to buy used records?

I am looking to buy a few used Beatles or Bob Dylan records (yes, the old vinyl kind) Are there any used record stores left in the area? Or does anyone have a few they would like to sell me? I can only afford to pay a few dollars per record. They are going to be a Xmas gift for my music-obsessed 16 yr old niece.

Second Coming between Central and Harvard
Planet Records on JFK Street in Harvard Square
Twisted Village in Harvard Square (more weird than mainstream here, but vinyl)

(last I checked these all had vinyl, I'm sure someone will correct me if it's not the case anymore)
