Where to buy used records?

I am looking to buy a few used Beatles or Bob Dylan records (yes, the old vinyl kind) Are there any used record stores left in the area? Or does anyone have a few they would like to sell me? I can only afford to pay a few dollars per record. They are going to be a Xmas gift for my music-obsessed 16 yr old niece.

that's what I was going to recommend. I haven't been there in ages, but last time I went it still had vinyl, and a friend of mine who DJs swears by that place. I also love In Your Ear - I used to go to the one on Thayer Street in Providence every week.
