should open within the next week, according to people I talked to inside. The inside is now unrecognizable as the former location of Someday Cafe.

Date: 2007-01-03 03:55 pm (UTC)On related note, I was recently looking for a place to sit and have coffee (on a Monday mid-day) with a couple of people and we ended up finally at La Contessa's and it was so cozy in there and the woman working was so nice. Just thought I'd throw that out there in case people forget that place is there. :)
I wonder what's planned for that 400 Highland space if anything? Maybe someone like Peet's coffee would be interested in that space? Not that there's anything we can do about this...

400 Highland is supposed to become an Italian restaurant. Hope it's more successful than the last three eateries in that space.

And what's going on with the vacant building next to the Rosebud?
So many questions.....
