Please, if anyone finds a digital camera on the ground around Davis Sq. it's probably mine! It's a Fuji Finepix F31fd in a dark green knit cozy and has some cute pictures of our kids. I lost it while walking around with the stroller trying to get the kids to sleep so it could be anywhere on Elm or Highland between the square and Willow Ave. Please, please, if you find it be kind and let me know! We literally just got the camera yesterday!

Good luck finding it! It sucks to have lost it that quickly. On another note, yay for knit geek-toy-cozies!

Hey. I have your camera. You can find me on Friday at the liquor store in Davis Square, Downtown Wine & Spirits from 12pm-11pm and Saturday 9am-8pm. I'll have your camera with me. You'll know me, I have a blue mohawk.

I love whatever puffy creature you have in your icon, though I can't identify even its phylum. Cat? Dog? Rabbit? Tribble?

It's a rabbit. There is a veritable plethora of photos in the same vein right here (http://home.pacbell.net/bettychu/).

This is great!

A few years back, I found a wallet on Highland Ave. There was no identifying information whatsoever, but it was fairly close to a parked car, so I surmised it might have fallen when one of the passengers exited. I took the waller and left a note on the windshield with my phone number, just in case.

Later that day, I received a phone call and shortly thereafter, a lovely elderly couple stopped by my house to pick up the wallet. They offered me money, which I turned down, but gave me their address and said if I ever wanted a great home-cooked Italian meal, I should stop by.

It was quite the heartwarming incident. :)

And this is why I love Davis Square. Kudos all round.
