Hi, folks. We live in a beautiful retro-italian home (think den paneling, lime green fridge, ornate linoleum floors and marble baseboards). Currently I live with my good friend and his girlfriend; she is leaving the house (and him!) on very short and unfair notice. We're looking to find someone:

Laid back,

Who won't smoke in the house,

Who likes to keep common areas neat, but doesn't mind the messy bedroom,

Who pays rent/utilities promptly ($433 a month between the 3 of us).
