Hello? Kitty?

I'm working on a project that requires a Hello Kitty component.  I'd like to find a statuette of Kitty about a foot high- a bank or lamp or something would do.  I would cheerfully buy your Hello Kitty figurine, but if you're unwilling to part with it, I would borrow it for a weekend, then return it to you.  I could pay you back with 1. chocolate chip cookies, or 2. a papier-mache Hello Kitty.

The other day I was at a Michael's (art supply) and they have a whole display of hello kitty things... they may have something.
