I've heard that La Contessa is closing and turing into a Sushi place

They did not get pushed out, they had their rent raised by just a few hundred dollars from what i hear. That was in the span of like 10 years.

They just were not making any money and Felix just had a baby. I think he decided it was time to make some money for his family.
