Function spaces

Are there any cool, smaller (50-75) function spaces available for rent in Somerville? The Dilboy is designed for a seating capacity of 150, which is probably more than what I'm interested in.

EDIT: I'm looking for a location where one could have a party, so it should have some measure of character or potential for character :-)

also, before deciding that the VNA room "doesn't have character", take a look at it.
