i am a bit sad about its neighbor, anokhi, which is shutting down. i hope it is replaced by another local store.

That stinks that another shop is closing down there. I hope Stella's can break the curse, and more local shops can lease those spaces.

It's a tough location. It has to rely on foot traffic in a car traffic area with scarce parking.
