Open Studios all over this weekend

Three nearby neighborhoods are having Open Studios this weekend:

11 Miller Street open studios are this Friday night from 6 to 10 pm, and Saturday from noon to 5 pm. Take bus #83 or #87 to Sacramento Street. (There's a pedestrian tunnel under the railroad tracks from the #87 stop on Somerville Ave.)

North Cambridge (NoCa) Open Studios are this Saturday and Sunday, noon to 6 pm. All of these studios are an easy walk from Davis Square.

West Medford Open Studios are this Saturday and Sunday, noon to 5 pm. Take bus #94 from Davis Square or bus #80 from Powderhouse Circle.

This is going to sound dumb... but what are Open Studios? Taza Chocolate was advertising one in Union coming up... I couldn't really tell if it was a movement or a coincidence, you know?

Go to artists' homes or studios and look at their displayed work. It's pretty well described at all three of the links I posted.

If you saw a notice for one in Union Square, that would be part of Somerville Open Studios, a separate and huge event on May 5 and 6.
