Looking for two housemates for a two level house off of Highland Ave. (Albion St, near Cedar). Two rooms are available, one large one small. Rent is $450 and $400/month respectively plus 1/4 of utilities. I'm a 35 year old female programmer. Poly/geek/queer friendly. I'm laid back, fairly quiet and keep to myself, but am by no means unfriendly or antisocial.

I'm hoping to find housemates who are easy going, friendly, quiet, clean but not anal retentively so, and can pay bills on time. A one year lease would be preferable.

Here are the apartment basics:

- rooms are 13x14 ($450) and 11x12 ($400)
- shared kitchen and bathroom
- free laundry in basement
- off-street parking spot (one available, to be shared between the two
roommates if necessary)
- 10 minutes walk to Davis along bike path
- 10 minutes walk to Porter
- small back yard
- enclosed porch upstairs, open porch downstairs
- hard wood floors
- There are 2 cats in residence, and there is room for one more
