There is a washer and dryer in the apartment already, a mix of hardwood flooring and carpeting. Off-street parking, yard and, if it takes you more than 1 minute to walk to the T stop, you're dragging ass!!

1800.00 a month. First and last only. No security deposit, no fee.

The landlord is on site but never home and his only rule regarding parties is that he has to be invited (although he admits to never attending).

The place will be ready for you to move in on July 1st.
