davis_squareOne bedroom in beautiful, spacious two bedroom apartment near Davis Square/Powderhouse Circle, available either July or Aug. 1st (move-in date is flexible - the year-long lease starts Aug. 1). 10-12 min. walk to Davis Square and T on quiet, pretty tree-lined street.
Living room, foyer, spacious dining room, kitchen with pantry, and small storage room. Free laundry in basement (new machines). Bathroom in very good condition, fairly new. Front porch is ours. Landlord is very friendly and attentive without being intrusive.
$675/month, require first and security (and would look very favorably upon anyone who could also include last, but not necessary). Utilities (gas heat, electricity, and wireless internet) have run from roughly $70 in summer to $150 in extremely coldest winter months) - newly installed windows do cut down on costs, though.
I am a 26 year old female who is active in theater in the region. I'm looking for someone who likes to keep a pretty clean house, pays bills on time every time, and who also likes to be social with their roomate.
