I live a 5-7 minute walk from Davis, along College Ave. I have a printer – HP DeskJet 940C. Nothing wrong with it; it's been sitting in the box for a year or two, ever since we got a fancier printer. It probly needs new ink.

ETA: And two twin futons, and a halogen lamp. The futons are not so portable. :) Same deal as with printer.
