Laundry services?

My roommates and I are soon moving to an apartment without laundry facilities. Where are the best /cheapest drop off laundry services in the area (including say Arlington and Cambridge)? Also, where is the best place if you want to go do it yourself? Thanks in advance.

I can highly recommend the North Cambridige laundromat, which is in the little triangular set of stores at the corner of Mass Ave and Cedar Street (right near where Cameron Ave. comes into Mass Ave). Nice people, timely service, good results - it's a very pleasant place.

Sweet Laundry

I always drop my clothes off for wash and fold at Sweet Laundry on Washington St. down the street from Toscanini and Sons and the Wine and Cheese Cask perpendicular to Beacon St. They do a decent job and it is like 75 cents a pound I think?
