davis_squareThere's another conversation going on about noise in Davis, but this post is about an absent noise in my specific location -- crickets in summer. Here on Bay State Avenue, at the Powderhouse end of Ball Square, I've never heard a cricket sing at night. Just curious; are there crickets in any other parts of Davis and vicinity?
