It has On-street permit parking (Medford) and non-permit parking a half-block down. It's about a 15-20 minute casual walk to Davis Square. One block from 80/94 bus lines and two blocks from 96.

While there are banisters on the stairs, I don't know if you'd be able to deal with it for very long. :(

yeah. i'm willing and able to deal with it if *my* bedroom is on the first floor and other parts of the apartment are on the second, but it would be dumb to have to always deal with stairs.
