Wood siding contractors

We're looking to replace our vinyl siding with wood siding. Anyone have any quality recommendations for contractors in the Davis Sq area?

Oh, good. I initially read that as the other way round, and was going to have to go off on my vinyl-siding-is-evil rant.

The existing siding under the vinyl might still be in decent shape and just need some patching and repainting. I've seen this done to several houses around here lately.

Yeah, I'm on Rogers and I've seen it done to two others on Rogers recently and it came out really nice. I'm looking for anyone who does that type of work.

I'd love to hear other reasons why vinyl is evil though.....to validate what I'll pay for the wood-work and maintenance.
